I wanted to let you know about the wonderful service I received here today. I dropped in today with the expectation of picking up new batteries for my key fob. However, on the way over, I heard a loud thump while driving. I thought that since I was here, I had better ask service to take a look at the source of the noise and my brakes. I was looked at right away.
On top of that, I have a 3 month old baby who has just started to be very uncomfortable around people and she proceeded to cry the minute we came in. Lynda in Service jumped to my rescue to find me a room that was quiet and out of the way. Lynda had helped me on my last visit but she went above and beyond again today. The service was supposed to take in excess of 3 hours, but she spoke to the mechanics who agreed to do it much faster given I had a screaming baby. Lynda offered me a loaner car, found me a quiet room and kept me informed of timing. She offered me tea/coffee and made my stay very pleasant. Frank was also very kind in letting me use his office and Laura tried to help me soothe my crying baby.
Thank you to your staff in putting up with the noise, but more importantly for Lynda and the others for being so extremely helpful and efficient with the car. I will definitely come back and tell anyone who asks about the great service I received here. Many thanks

I do not have good memories from any of the car purchase transactions I've made in the last 15 years, therefore I had a 'short-and-sweet' plan this year to minimize the direct interactions with salespeople.
As I was navigating various web-sites over during last weekend, I had my first surprise when a chat session was launched immediately after I accessed your web site. I reluctantly started the chat, but noticed immediately the warm messages and the attention to detail. The team member on duty collected all necessary information very swiftly and promised a call the following day.
This past Monday morning Afsheen Baig called me to set up an appointment for the following day.
I came to the dealership with mixed feelings, but was thoroughly impressed by the open , kind manners and the sharp listening skills of Afsheen. She quickly understood what were my needs and made it so easy for me to follow through, to the point where - contrary to was I had planned all along - I was very comfortable to close a deal on the spot. My wife and daughter were with me and they were very pleased as well.
Afterwards, Patrick Kwan took over with the financial part of the deal and - once again - I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer skills and very warm treatment.
